MTZ seals are the first to present the Pre maintenance and Pre leakage ability.

MTZ technology based on the ability to control the pressure inside the stuffing box.

As long the pressure inside the stuffing box is higher than the process, zero leakage will be kept.

To control the pressure, MTZ technology uses a Booster (1) that presses the sealant (2) inside the stuffing box. To ensure nonstop system, MTZ has a Sealant stock (3).

Mitering the sealant level enable MTZ to forecast when a leakage might happen.



SEAL CALL system is a special system that connected to MTZ sealant miters and send electronic notification by SMS or other control system message 3-4 weeks before a leakage might happen.

The SEAL CALL system enables to monitor all the sealant levels in all applications simultensially and direct the maintenance stuff to ensure zero leakage in all time.
